  3. Review School Accountability Data

Carolee shared the 2024-25 school year Accountability Data / School Report Card, in the areas of Achievement, Growth, English Learner Progress (amazing growth!), Early Literacy, and Consistent Attendance. The best news is…we do not have any areas identified by the state for improvement!!!!!!! Hooray! Members expressed being pleased with these results!

What is next? We have 4 months left in the 2025-26 school year. We continue to work on:

    • Intensifying instruction
    • QTEL Strategies
    • PLC’s
    • Growth and Proficiency
    • Analyzing data

  4. Land Trust / TSSP updates and review including mid-year data

    TSSP: Spent $106,385.88, Remaining $65,689.61

    LandTrust: Spent $44,636.44, Remaining $64,876.01

Carolee reviewed the ELA and Math LandTrust goals and growth data from the January Benchmark using Acadience Data.

  5. School Safety Report

The January Safety Drill was a Fire Drill. The kids did well with this evacuation drill.

February’s drill is a Haz-Mat drill which is scheduled for February 11. We can do it one of two ways, that there is something IN the school prompting an evacuation or something OUTSIDE of the school.

  6. Other Items:
    1. Other topics to present to the council: None

  7. Adjourn

Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Lyndzi; seconded by Hillary. Meeting was adjourned at 4:17pm.
