December Attendance Prizes!
On Thursday, December 18, we will be having a Grand Prize Drawing for prizes for categories such as Most Improved Attendance and Perfect Attendance. In addition, every time students are in school for the full week they are entered into the drawing. Some of the prizes include king-sized candy bars, soccer balls, American Girl dolls, Squishmallows, Lego sets, and even a scooter.
Be in school, on time, every day, for the chance to win prizes but even more so, to grow and learn. You can do it, Mustangs!

Thrive Time Focus of the Week
In our upcoming Thrive Time lessons, we’ll learn that being patient and staying calm helps us solve problems better. Instead of blaming others, we can state problems clearly and brainstorm different solutions together. Let’s make this week amazing by practicing patience when things get tough, describing problems without pointing fingers, and remembering that there’s usually more than one way to solve a problem!
Looking Ahead:
Monday, December 15: Candy Cane Day – Wear red and white
Tuesday, December 16: Holiday Headwear Day- Wear a Santa hat, antlers, elf hat, festive headband
Wednesday, December 17: Grinch Day – Wear green or anything “Grinchy”
Thursday, December 18: Cozy Day – Wear pajamas or cozy clothes
Friday, December 19: Holiday Day – Wear any holiday attire
Friday, December 19: ☃️ Holiday Performances☃️
9:00-9:30: Kindergarten – 2nd Grade
10:00-10:30: 3rd – 5th Grade
Note: *If families want to check their students out after the performance, they must wait in their cars and then return to check them out, 10:00 for K-2nd and 11:00 for 3rd – 4th. This will allow for a safe and orderly transition and so we are able to account for all students.
December 22 – January 2: Holiday Recess, No School
Monday, January 5: School Resumes
Have a wonderful holiday season!
