Monday Mustang Message

February 12 – 16, 2024

  • This week is Kindness Week! The flyers went home last week, but if you didn’t see one, here it is!

Monday: Dress like a hero (teacher, military member, health worker, fire fighter, police officer, etc.)

    Tuesday: Wear a KINDNESS shirt

Wednesday: Wear red, pink, or white

Thursday: Dress like one of your family members (mom, dad, grandparent, sibling – be creative!)

Friday: Wear a Midvale Elementary or Team shirt

  • Tuesday is our monthly Mobile Food Pantry in which students and/or families may pick up some free groceries! It can be a lot for little ones to carry, so plan to have someone help our younger students out with carrying the items home. We will open up the doors to families at 3:05pm.

  • Wednesday is Valentine’s Day ๐Ÿ˜ . As noted in our Kindness Week flyer, students can bring Valentine cards for each of their classmates. Teachers are sending out additional information about any celebrations happening in the classrooms.

  • On Thursday, we are hosting a CHIP Enrollment Event from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Midvale Elementary School. At this time, the program is available to all children, regardless of immigration status. There are only 2000 spots are open in the state, so enroll now!

  • We are sending forms home from Big Smiles Dental Clinic. They will be here on March 27-28. If you are interested in your child receiving dental services, you can complete the form or go online to register: https://www.myschooldentist.com/MECAUT_schsrm

Looking Ahead:
