Monday Mustang Message for December 6-10, 2021

Welcome to our Monday Mustang Message for December 6-10, 2021!

  • This Friday we are hosting our 2nd All Pro Dads session. We invite dads and other father-figures to bring your students at 7:30am to join us for donuts and a fun discussion about Friendliness. This is a great opportunity for dads and students to spend a little time together, so don’t miss it!
    • Our All Pro Dads and Moms Matters meetings are scheduled for the rest of the school year:
      • December 10: All Pro Dads 7:30am
      • January 28: Moms Matter 8:15am
      • February 18: All Pro Dads 7:30am
      • March 18: Moms Matter 8:15am
      • April 15: All Pro Dads 7:30am
      • May 13: Moms Matter 8:15am
  • This Friday will also be our 2nd Free COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic from 3:00-7:00pm. 
    • The vaccine is available to everyone 5 years old and older. 
    • Booster shots are available. 
    • No insurance is required and no appointment is required. Please arrive prior to 6:30pm to allow time to complete the vaccine process prior to 7:00pm. 
    • If this is not your first vaccine, please bring your vaccine card if you are able.
    • Families with 5-11 year-old(s) getting vaccinated will have a chance to win a gift card (while supplies last).

  • Please visit our school’s Lost and Found area to pick up any of your students’ belongings prior to Friday, December 17. All items will be collected and donated following that date.

  • Looking ahead:

    • The Mobile Food Pantry will be Tuesday, December 14, at 3:05pm.

    • Our Chief Example for Others (CEO) of the Month ceremony will be held on Wednesday, December 15. Families of those chosen by their teachers for demonstrating this month’s CEO trait of COMPASSION will be invited to attend.

    • Winter Break will be from December 18 – January 2; there will be no school during those two weeks. Classes will resume on January 3, 2022.
