Happy New Year! Welcome to the Monday Mustang Message for the week of January 3-7, 2022!
- With our Winter Wonderland of Snow comes a temptation to throw snowballs, and we have had kids with injuries already. Please help us to remind students the snow MUST stay on the ground.
- Tomorrow we will be having our December CEO (Chief Example for Others) of the Month Assembly. Our CEO Trait for December was COMPASSION. Parents of the students chosen by their teachers to receive this award have been invited to attend.
- On Wednesday, we are hosting another Free COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for ages 5 and older, provided by the Salt Lake County Health Department. The clinic will be held from 3:30-6:30 pm in the gym. Please bring your vaccine card if you have one. Flu vaccines will also be available during that time.
- This Friday, January 7, is a Remote Learning Day. Students will not have in-person classes at the school. Teachers will provide materials for students either in packets or on CANVAS, or both. Please contact the office if your family does not have access to a computer or Chromebook; note that younger grades (K-2) typically provide packets and students do not necessarily need access to technology.
- Looking ahead:
- Tuesday, January 11: Mobile Food Pantry 3:05pm
- Thursday, January 13: Midvale Area Boundary Study Open House 6:00 – 7:00pm
- Friday, January 14: No School for Students
- Monday, January 17: No School (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day)
We are so excited to see your students after the winter break! Have a wonderful week!
