Spring Picture Day is tomorrow, Tuesday, March 12! Forms have been sent home, or you can prepay online at bellphoto.com with the code: midvalespr24. if you send the form make sure you send the exact change or check.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, we will have our next opportunity to receive free groceries at our Mobile Food Pantry at 3:05pm.
Also tomorrow, check ParentSquare or Facebook at 7:00pm for our first Tuck You In Tuesday of the school year! Principal Mackay will be reading a special book to us to get us ready for a good night’s sleep!
Attendance update: Attendance was better last week! Thank you for making sure that students are in school and ready to learn! If you are having trouble getting your student to school, please reach out to us so we can support you in your efforts.
School Attendance Contest: You are an important “Pizza” (piece of) our school attendance!
Starting today, our pizza contest begins! Each week, each teacher will calculate if they have had 80% or higher attendance throughout the week. Classrooms that reach 80% attendance will get to put a “topping” on their grade level pizza. The grade that has the most toppings on their pizza by May 17 will earn a pizza party!
Looking Ahead:
- Maturation Program for Fifth Graders: Families may attend the presentation that best fits their schedule. Parents are advised to leave younger siblings at home.

- Thursday, March 28: Copperview Rec Center will be here for a free after school soccer game starting at 3:15pm on the Midvale Elementary fields! PK-6th grade students and their parents are welcome to join in the fun and learn more about Copperview Rec Center’s outdoor soccer program!
