Breakfast/Morning Routine: Hot breakfast is served to students in the cafeteria from 8:00-8:20am. If students are here at school during that time, they should be getting breakfast if they didn’t eat at home. At 8:20am, the cafeteria lines close and students are to go to their outside line-up locations where they line up when the bell rings at 8:25am. If students have just arrived and want breakfast, they must still line up and check in with their teachers before they go to the cafeteria where they can get cereal, milk, and fruit to take back to their classroom. Please review these procedures with your students and remind them that they are not to be walking in the halls.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, check ParentSquare, Facebook, or Instagram at 7:00pm for our next Tuck You In Tuesday! Mrs. Caldwell will be reading a special book to us to get us ready for a good night’s sleep!
Calling all 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade girls! Girls on the Run is coming to Midvale Elementary! This program includes:
3rd-5th graders practicing twice a week (Mondays and Wednesdays) for 8 weeks at Midvale Elementary starting March 25
Fun lessons, team discussions and physical activities led by trained and caring coaches
Girls on the Run shirt, water bottle, bag, journal, lesson supplies and snacks
End-of-season 5K celebration on June 1
Significant scholarships are available so make sure to ask about this! Girls on the Run does not want cost to be a barrier and is ready to support students! Sign up at girlsontherunutah.org. (Please note that Canyons School District is not a sponsor of this event.)

- Please join us for food, fun, and prizes while we celebrate literacy! Students are learning about different kids of stories, such as fairy tales, tall tales, and folk tales, and their projects will be on display that evening. Please come dressed as your favorite book character if you would like!

- Thursday, March 28: Copperview Rec Center will be here for a free after school soccer game starting at 3:15pm on the Midvale Elementary fields!
