  1. Land Trust / TSSP updates and review

Land Trust: $109,477.77

TSSP: $171,400.47

Carolee shared the enrollment challenges this year. Projected enrollment was to be 629; actual attendance on Day 1 was 505 and Day 11 was 555. We therefore lost 3+ FTE’s, including 1 Kindergarten, 1 4th grade, and 1 additional staffing (.5 BTS, .5 SPED). We are losing $60,000 from Title I Funds. Carolee shared the Title I budget allocations as well as the TSSP and LandTrust allocations. Next year the TSSP and LandTrust allocations will decrease because of the current enrollment.

Carolee is proposing an amendment request to the 2025-26 TSSP Plan to include a reading interventionist. We will need to vote on this next month; Steve will add it to our agenda.

  1. School Safety Report

Our fire drill went well within the first 10 days of school; we are doing our lockdown drill this week on Wednesday. We will also be doing the run, hide, fight drill with staff only. It was noted that adjustments were also made to where/how the Brain Booster classes exit the building.
