Monday Mustang Message

December 18 – 19, 2023

  • We truly hope your students enjoyed the holiday skit by Alta High School students as well as receiving their gift of pajamas and socks on Friday. It was such a fun morning! Make sure your students wear pajamas to school on Tuesday for Pajama Day!

  • As many of you know, we are having our annual holiday sing-along assembly on Tuesday morning. This is an annual tradition for our students and staff in which all of our students come together in the gym/cafeteria to sing songs to each other and all together. We do truly understand that many of you love watching your students perform. However, this is not a performance, just an assembly, and we unfortunately do not have the space or capacity to have families join us for this since all of the students are in there at the same time. We will be taking videos and sharing the links with families on ParentSquare and social media so you can watch the singing with your students when they get home.

  • An amazing couple from our community is continuing another annual tradition by again providing the entire school with a pizza party on Tuesday afternoon! We will enjoy pizza and soda at the end of the school day, and school releases at 3:05pm as usual.

  • Lost and Found! It has only been a month, and our “lost and found” area is absolutely full. Please make sure to come by the school and get your student’s belongings so they have their warm coats and hoodies to wear over the break.

Looking Ahead:

  • No school Wednesday, December 20, through Monday, January 1. School resumes Tuesday, January 2.

Have a wonderful winter break!
