ATTENTION ALL MIDVALE FAMILIES:
If your child(ren) attended MIDVALE ELEMENTARY last year, they qualify for PANDEMIC-EBT.
WHAT IS IT: Pandemic EBT is a federal program intended to make up the cost of free or reduced school meals that families would have received while schools closed from March through May of 2020. Families that qualify for P-EBT benefits will receive $308 per child.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE: These benefits are available to any family that was eligible to receive Free or Reduced Price school meals during that time period, which is ALL MIDVALE ELEMENTARY FAMILIES!
HOW DO YOU APPLY: Go to www.pebtutah.org or visit Department of Workforce Services.
Applications are due by August 31, so don’t wait!!!
